Another physio appointment

I have just got home from physio and I have to say it exhausts me!

I had problems over the weekend and I heard a crucnh in my knee and then a small pocket of fluid appeared on the right hand side of my kneecap it seems they think it was a piece of scar tissue being broken through and the swelling is just the knees way of protecting itself and letting me know something is going on they said to keep icing and elevating and to keep up with all the physio I have been doing.

Then we went on to 40 minutes of sheer hell!There is no other way to describe it :( I lie on my front and he pushes my knee over and over again my leg was quiveing whilst he was doing all this and I was biting the sleeve of my jumper!It is horrible but it gets me to 95 degrees by the end of the session so I suppose I just have to put up with the pain????
